Day 4: Refugio de Baiau to Arans
 
Height gain: 2,475 feet
Height loss: 6,286 feet
 
We cross the border in to Andorra and drop a knee-jerking 6,000-odd feet to the village of Arinsal for a welcome hot lunch. Loins girded, it’s back  up the mountains  to Collde les Cases before the final descent to Arans and another good night’s kip in a comfy bed.
