This exciting 5 day trek through some of the
most spectacular mountain scenery anywhere will be a treat for
all participants - and a reminder to them that good health and
fitness are a blessing, not a right.
Claire House Children's Hospice
provides palliative and respite care to terminally ill children
and their families. It's vital work, undertaken with love and enthusiasm.
Not surprising, then, that Claire House has earned a unique place
among the affections of Merseyside's business community.
This trip,
through the Catalan Pyrenees, aims to raise £35,000 to help Claire
House continue its great work. Your sponsorship or participation is vital - and
much appreciated.
Essential kit: It's not unknown to snow in the summer. click here to view the list.

This won't be easy.
We'll be at an average altitude of 6,000 ft above sea level,
rising to almost 9,000ft in a series of daily challenges,
so our participants are all reasonably fit.
In short, they'll be putting
their bodies through it in order to help raise money. They
need their bumps feeling, frankly.
Here's who's been mad enough to sign up:

Obviously there are ample opportunities
to give money to charity, so why donate to ours?
Firstly,
the charity Claire House could not be a more worthy choice.
Secondly,
we are committing a substantial amount of time, hard work
and effort to make this event a success and are prepared
to push our bodies to the limit to help some very special
children and their families.
